Greeters
Help create a warm first impression for everyone joining us this Christmas Eve! Greeters will welcome people at the lobby entrances, hold doors open, and offer a cheerful greeting as families and guests arrive. Your smile and hospitality can help people feel at home from the moment they walk through the doors. We need 2 volunteers/volunteer families for each Christmas Eve service.
Auditorium Hosts
Help guests feel welcomed and comfortable as they enter the auditorium for Christmas Eve! Auditorium Hosts will greet people at the doors, help identify available seating, and assist individuals and families in finding seats when needed. You’ll help make entering a busy service feel easy, organized, and welcoming. We need 2 volunteers/volunteer families for each Christmas Eve service. 
Candle Lighters
Help us create one of the most meaningful moments of our Christmas Eve services! Candle Lighters will be assigned a specific section of the auditorium and help begin the candle-lighting process at the appropriate time. You’ll receive clear instructions ahead of time about where to be, when to move into place, and exactly what to do—no prior experience is needed. We need 6 volunteers for each Christmas Eve service.
Christmas Eve Photo Team
Help families and individuals capture a special memory this Christmas Eve! We’ll have three festive photo spots set up inside and outside our lobby, and we’re looking for friendly volunteers to welcome people and take photos using their phones.
No photography experience is needed—just a welcoming personality and comfort using a phone camera. You’ll help create a fun, hospitable experience while giving our church family and guests a photo to remember their Christmas Eve together. We need 3 volunteers for each Christmas Eve service.
Worship 201 Hosts
Help us be ready to welcome guests who may need to utilize our Worship 201 space during Christmas Eve services. This is a needs-based role, so there may be services when no one uses the room; however, we want someone ready to warmly welcome and assist guests if the space is needed. Your presence helps ensure every guest has a comfortable and hospitable place to participate in the service. We need 1 volunteer/volunteer family for each Christmas Eve service.
Cleanup Crew
Help us quickly reset the auditorium and keep it welcoming between Christmas Eve services! Cleanup Crew members will do a quick sweep of the auditorium, picking up trash and taking care of any obvious areas that need attention. It’s a short but important role that helps every service feel as clean and inviting as the first. We need 1 volunteer/volunteer family for each Christmas Eve service.
Kids Handouts
Help us welcome children and families by providing Christmas Eve kids handouts, including candles, crayons and activity sheets as they arrive! You’ll help distribute materials, offer a friendly greeting, and make sure kids have what they need to participate in the service. Your kindness and attentiveness can help children feel included and excited from the moment they arrive. We need 3 volunteers for each Christmas Eve service.
Parking Team
Help make arriving and leaving Christmas Eve services as smooth and welcoming as possible! Parking Team members will assist with the flow of vehicles as one service lets out and the next group of guests arrives. You’ll help provide direction, reduce congestion, and create a positive experience for guests before they even enter the building. We need 4 volunteers/volunteer families between the latter four Christmas Eve services.
Kids Theater - Set up & Clean up
Help us make our Joyful Noise and Kids Theater presentation a success by volunteering for setup and cleanup before and after our presentations! You'll help arrange the space, layout snacks, and ensure that this event is welcoming, warm, and organized. Your time and teamwork make it possible for the kids to shine and for our church family to enjoy a smooth, welcoming experience.

December 13 immediately following the end of third service – 3 PM (5 spots)
Cleanup volunteer opportunities:
December 12: 12– 2 PM (5 spots)
December 13: 5:30-7:30 PM (5 spots) 
Christmas Decorating Team
Help us get Forum ready for Christmas! Join our Decorating Team as we transform our facility into a festive and welcoming space for our church family and the guests who will walk through our doors this Christmas season.
Whether you love decorating, enjoy working with your hands, or simply want to serve alongside others, we’d love to have you. Come for the whole session or just whatever portion fits your schedule!
