Our Marriage Matters ministry provides opportunities to connect, grow, learn, and laugh with your spouse alongside other couples.
College
We would love to be your church home away from home! We have many ways that you can get connected at Forum or with the college ministries we support.
Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
We desire for each kid in our ministry to belong to, believe in, and become like Jesus.

Helping to equip students to be lifelong followers of Jesus. 
Internships

55+ Ministry
The "most fun ministry at Forum" enjoys times of fellowship through meals, day trips, and Bible classes. Anyone with 55 years or more of life experience can join in!
Twenty/Thirty
An event ministry for post-college young adults in their 20s or 30s in search of Godly community.
Men’s Ministry
Intentionally connecting women to Jesus by fostering healthy, loving relationships between each woman and her creator through strong, Christ-centered community.
Women’s Ministry
Men being formed into the image of Jesus through spiritual practices, accountability, and consistent community.
