Home Communion

At Forum, we believe that no one should feel disconnected from the life of the church, especially when health, age, or other circumstances prevent attendance in person. Our Home Communion ministry is a way to bring the presence of Christ and the care of the church directly to those who are homebound or in care facilities.

Our Home Communion Team consists of Elders, Deacons, and other church members & their families. These visits are a meaningful time, for both those visiting & those being visited, of fellowship and spiritual support, ensuring that all members of our community remain intentionally connected to Jesus.

If you or someone you know would like to receive Home Communion, please email Tyler Morris using the button below. We would be honored to bring the church to you or them.

Visit Details

Visits are made on Sunday afternoons by the Home Communion Team. If you will not be home on any given Sunday, we ask that you inform Tyler via email or contact the church at 573-443-3900 to tell them of your absence.
During your visit, you can expect to be asked about the morning's sermon, partake in communion, given time to share any prayer requests, and be encouraged & prayed for.
Click on the button below to watch the sermon before your visit. While this is not an expectation for the visit, we would love to discuss the teaching with you!
