You’re invited to join us in Columbia, Missouri for Resurrection Sunday at Forum. As we gather to remember and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, we make space for people at every stage of faith to come, reflect, and experience hope together.

We will begin the weekend by seeking God together in prayer. For 24 hours our church will create space to pause, pray, and prepare our hearts for the story we are about to remember and celebrate. The prayer space will be in the classroom closest to the restrooms in our Family Life Center gym. Park near the outdoor pavilion and enter through the closest doors.

GOOD FRIDAY SERVICES

On Good Friday we gather to reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus and the depth of His love for us. These services will be a quiet, meaningful time to remember the cross and the price that was paid.

Frequently Asked Questions

24-HOUR PRAYER GATHERING

  • Yes! The prayer stations are very kid-friendly. There will be helpful parent prompts at each station.

  • 30-60 minutes

  • We will transform FLC-A into a guided prayer room with six different stations. The six stations are: intercession, gratitude, contemplation, forgiveness/confession, worship, & global prayer.

  • Park by the pavilion and enter through the nearest doors labeled “Family Life Center”.

Good friday

  • Our Good Friday services always center on Jesus and His sacrifice for us on the cross. It tends to be solemn and reflective. This year’s service will not be a candlelight service.

  • Yes. We will have childcare at all three services for infant - kindergarten aged children.

  • We will spend time uniting our voices in songs, prayers, and scripture readings. There will be a teaching and sharing of communion together.

  • We will livestream all three Good Friday services.

RESURRECTION SUNDAY

  • Yes, during the 8:30 and 11:30 services.

  • No.

  • No.

  • The 7:00 service will most likely be the least attended. Our 8:30 and 11:30 service were the largest attended in 2025.

  • Yes, all four services will be livestreamed.

  • We have multiple hospitality roles that need to be filled for our Good Friday services. We are also in need of people willing to host our photo stations. If you would like to serve, please email ben@forumchristian.org.
